Approved Order Forms

An order form will be designed by LHB for customer's use when ordering business cards. Use of the proper/current order form keeps LHB's costs down by adopting a standard user-friendly form, which provides consistent instruction to LHB allowing LHB to perform to the highest quality levels. Although other forms are permitted to process orders, orders costs go up and additional fees must be charged to cover the extra time needed to process those orders.
