Orders placed will not exceed the delegated procurement authority of the individual placing the order. Orders will be purchased using government issued IMPAC credit cards, which will be provided at the time of order. We don't charge for calling credit card. Additional fees will be applied to orders that require LHB to contact customer for payment information.

Credit Card Receipts

Each shipment contains a pack slip that can be used as an invoice/receipt for accounting purposes. Each order will be shipped to only one contact person. If unclear, LHB will make every effort to deliver to the credit card holder. Individual delivery per name is not available and LHB reserves the right to combine orders for efficiency and to control shipping costs whenever possible.
