Duplicate Orders
Never fax, email or mail an order more than once, you will be responsible for each order, whether accidental or not.
Proofs
LHB reserves the right to offer a proof at no cost to the customer. Proofs are intended to check spelling accuracy when names or text have unusual spelling or other complicated structure. When a proof is provided, the customer takes full responsibility for accuracy upon approval. Proofs are not intended for layout or design changes. Proofs increase the processing time of the order. Customer requested proofs require additional fees. |
