Delivery

Normal shipment will occur within 10 business days of receipt of complete and approved order. A complete and approved order is defined as an order that has clear and complete information. Orders that need to be held for any reason (i.e. payment, clarification of instructions or proofs) will not be considered complete until outstanding issues are resolved/approved.

Shipping

LHB covers postage expense to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia (Alaska and Hawaii must pay shipping cost) for standard delivery. Rush deliveries are subject to charge.  It is imperative that customers provide specific delivery addresses to assure delivery within their local area considering restrictions caused by heightened security measures. LHB cannot be responsible for delays caused by increased inspection or other mandatory handling/sorting required by individual offices. LHB ships only metered, source identifiable packages to comply with USPS regulations. If order is more than 1 box of 250 cards, it goes FedEx ground.

Overseas Shipment or Shipment Outside the Contiguous 48 States
